Centanin Bertho, Mariana

Mariana holds an MA degree in Linguistics and Portuguese Language with a focus on Foreign Language Teaching. She is interested in SLA in general, pronunciation teaching and learning, teaching ESL/EFL, and teaching Portuguese as L2/L3. She taught Portuguese at the University of Arizona for the academic year 2018/2019 as Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant. Currently, she is a Phd candidate in the program of Second Language Acquisition and Teaching.

PORT 325A – Intermediate Grammar and Conversation

For intermediate students to enhance their linguistic abilities, to develop control of oral communication at a more advanced level, and to prepare for the transition from language learning to studies in literature, culture and linguistics.
