Julia Domínguez

The University of Arizona will always be an important part of my career. I started my PhD coursework taking classes from the best professors in the field at the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Prof. Robert L. Fiore, in particular, encouraged me to pursue a doctorate at UoA under his guidance and mentorship. He and Prof. Amy Williamsen trained me to be the scholar and teacher I am today. Tucson is always in my heart and I go back there every year with my family for vacation. I have fond memories of its beautiful sceneries, its people, and the wonderful community of which I had the privilege to be part for three years of my life.
