Marina De Jesus Guzman

My degree in the Humanities, along with the incredible support from my professors, truly prepared me for translation jobs right after graduating. The education I received offered me the opportunity to think critically about the process of translation and interpretation, and to put it into practice. It allowed me to improve and expand my skills, which then became essential for the work I do as a Spanish Translator and Editor at Learning A-Z, and as a Spanish Linguist at Metropolitan Interpreters. The degree in the Humanities not only prepared me for the real world, it also instilled in me a deeper love and understanding for my culture and the world around me.
