My education in the Humanities, through the teachings of my professors and program directors, has provided me with a solid foundation for my professional career, especially in an academic environment. The various opportunities I had in the Spanish program, including teaching in different programs and modalities, working as an editorial assistant, serving as president of a literary and cultural studies working group, and coordinating a literature conference, allowed me to develop essential skills for collaborative work. These roles not only strengthened my ability to teach, lead, and coordinate, but also taught me how to foster an environment of mutual respect, where the Humanities served as the foundation for bringing together a team with shared interests and common goals, promoting both personal and professional growth.
