I am a PhD student in Hispanic Linguistics and a Graduate Associate in Teaching for the department of Spanish and Portuguese. I graduated from Fort Hays State Univeristy in 2013 with a BA in Spanish and Secondary Education. I completed an MA in Spanish Language at Middlebury college, both at the Vermont campus and the campus in Madrid, Spain. After graduating with my master's in 2015, I taught Spanish at a public charter school in Denver, CO for three years. At the Universtity of Arizona, my areas of interest are second language acquisition and teaching, morphosintax and pragmatics.
