Lauren Souter Awarded Portuguese Teachers Fellowship

Congratulations to one of our outstanding graduate students, Lauren Souter, for being awarded the Portuguese Teachers Fellowship! This a full-ride fellowship to attend Middlebury Language Schools’ Portuguese Language Program, a 7 week immersion program to enhance Portuguese language skills and cultural knowledge of Lusophone countries. Lauren is in her first year of the Hispanic Linguistics PhD program and is currently teaching Spanish and PORT 305a: Portuguese for Spanish Speakers. Well done, Lauren!
