Lauren Weinand

I earned my B.A. in Spanish Literature and my M.D. from the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. I work within medical communications as Medical Director for Expert Perspectives in Medicine. It is a joy to be able to combine and leverage my passions for medicine and the humanities in my daily work. I am grateful to the UA Department of Spanish & Portuguese for the role they played in enriching my education and advancing my proficiency in Spanish. I would be happy to meet with any College of Humanities students interested in learning more about and possibly pursuing a career in the field of medical communications. All questions are welcome!
