Larissa Roncador is an instructor and graduate student in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, studying Public Health and Latin American Studies. She is passionate about the social determinants of health and cognitive development, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Arizona.
Larissa is pursuing research related to the inclusivity of Latinx populations in standardized neuropsychological assessments as well as public health programs focused on healthy cognitive aging. Her academic interests include cognition, social determinants of health, and inclusivity in health programs and promotion.
Outside of her academic work, Larissa enjoys hiking and cooking Brazilian recipes.
