
Jennifer is a first year M.A. Candidate in the Hispanic Linguistics program. She is currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. She earned her B.A. from the University of Arizona, where she studied Political Science, Global Studies, Spanish and Portuguese. During her undergraduate degree, Jennifer had the opportunity to study abroad in Switzerland, where she gained a global perspective on the work performed by international organizations. She has previously worked as an interpreter, case manager and social worker. Her primary research interest is in articulatory phonetics.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, traveling and reading.
