Tiffany Larsen brings her passion for skill development and building a sense of empowerment for historically marginalized Latino populations to the Center for Latin American Studies at the University of Arizona. For her master’s research, Tiffany is interested in studying new agricultural initiatives for small farmers in Paraguay, focusing on the obstacles they face with economic resources, socio-economic barriers, and how institutional governance affects these projects.
